Welcome to United Realty Advisors, LLC or as we affectionately call ourselves, URA. We are a real estate brokerage firm operating in Atlanta, Georgia, representing buyers and sellers of multi-family, brownfield, and investment properties.URA is the brainchild of Reza Abree, president and CEO of United Consulting, a geotechnical, environmental, and materials engineering firm, as well as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 25 Largest Engineering Companies in 2007. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and operating throughout the Southeast, United Consulting maintains a prestigious client database. In the process of helping our clients, we became intimately involved in major real estate transactions of all shapes and sizes. A thorough understanding of the Greater Atlanta real estate market was developed-its strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and limitless potential. Our 30 years in the soil business helped us to see the “big picture” from the ground up. In the spring of 2008, the decision was made to create a new branch of United Consulting, a branch that would utilize the expertise of the engineering company, a branch that would sustain a deep passion for the Atlanta real estate market, a branch that would be called United Realty Advisors.
Our niche is in dealing with commercial, multi-family, and brownfield type property. Our current listing portfolio includes property types ranging from single family residential, office condos, raw land, and commercial buildings. Concerning brownfield properties, we have the ability to find and fix promising land, using our expertise to solve any associated challenges, and bringing them up to the strict standards of developers. We have learned to uncover the value in properties that other companies might overlook. Through our experience in performing engineering services for multi-family and commercial developers, we have become familiar with the crucial decision making process for buying, developing, or investing in property. With over 200 clients in the property development industry, we have the relationships to match multi-family properties to multi-family buyers, creating numerous, successful real estate transactions.
